Lewis Ives
I started N&I Solutions at 23 with a toolbox and an idea of how this should work. Two years on I am 25, still running it, and still on site.
The idea was straightforward. Getting work done on your home should not be difficult. It should not mean chasing people who do not answer the phone, or waiting three weeks for a quote that never lands, or coming home to find the job half done and the mess left for you. I wanted renovation work to be accessible and convenient for normal people, and I wanted to be the person who actually turned up.
I grew up around the trade. My father, Layne Ives, ran a high end kitchen installation company working with some of the top tier brands in the country, and I spent years watching how that level of work gets done. Not the shortcuts, the opposite. Measure it twice. Line it up properly. Do the part nobody will ever see to the same standard as the part they will. That is where the craftsmanship in this company comes from, and it is the standard I hold every job to.
We take on new client projects every week, everything from a single waste clearance to a full house renovation. Some are quick, some run for months. They all get the same attention.

Most jobs are not textbook. Something is rotten, something is not where the drawings said, something was bodged twenty years ago. We work out the real fix instead of covering it up and moving on.
Right the first time
Coming back to redo work costs everybody time and trust. We would rather take the extra hour on the day and hand over something that does not need revisiting.

Since 2023 we have been solving property problems with precision. We build, demolish, fix, install and deliver, and we do it as one organised team rather than a handful of subcontractors who have never met.
You get a price that is itemised, so you can see what you are paying for. You get told if something changes, before it costs you money rather than after. And you get the property back clean, because leaving a mess behind is not finishing a job.
