Since 2023 we have been solving property problems properly. Not by cutting corners, and not by sending one person to guess their way through a job that needs a tradesman.
N&I Solutions is a team of skilled trades under one roof. We build, strip out, demolish, install and clear, and we handle the whole job from the first site visit to the final sweep up. You get one number to call, a straight answer on price, and work that stands up to inspection.
We cover the heart of London out to Kent, taking on new projects every week, from a single van load of waste to a full house renovation.

The founder
Started with a toolbox and a vision
Lewis Ives launched N&I Solutions at 23. Two years on he still runs it himself, and still turns up on site.
He grew up around the trade, watching his father run a high end kitchen installation company for top tier brands. That is where the standard came from: measure it right, finish it properly, and never leave a job half done.
The idea behind N&I was simple. Renovation work should be accessible and convenient for ordinary people, not a six month ordeal of chasing contractors who do not call back.
I have used N&I Solutions for multiple projects, from creating a golf practice area in my garden to ripping out and replacing some kitchen cabinets. All work was undertaken on the scheduled date and time and to excellent standards of workmanship and cleanliness. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
